Our Service

We are a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent bathroom renovation contractors. We do not do renovation work, give quotes or provide warranties. See our Referral Marketing Disclosure.

Your Contract Is With the Contractor

Any agreement for renovation work is between you and the contractor. The contractor is responsible for the quote, the work, permits, materials, job site safety, insurance and any warranty. We are not a party to that agreement.

No Guarantee

We take care in choosing contractors, but we can't guarantee the price, quality, timing or outcome of any contractor's work. Please review any quote and contract carefully, check the contractor's insurance and WSIB clearance, and ask questions before you sign.
