Who We Are

Bathroom Renovations Sarnia ("we", "us") runs bathroomrenovationssarnia.ca. We're a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners in Sarnia and Lambton County, Ontario with independent bathroom renovation contractors.

We Don't Do the Work

We are not a contractor. We don't give quotes, sign renovation contracts, do renovation work or provide warranties. The contractor we match you with is an independent business. They are responsible for their quote, their contract with you, the work, permits, safety on the job site and any warranty.

How We're Paid

Using our service is free for homeowners. Contractors in our network may pay us a fee for referrals, for jobs they win through our service, or for being part of our network. You never pay us anything.

How We Choose Contractors

We only refer contractors who tell us they are licensed where required, carry liability insurance, have WSIB coverage and have years of bathroom renovation experience. The contractors in our network have 25 years in the trade. We match you based on the type of job, where you live and who has time in their schedule. We encourage you to ask any contractor for proof of insurance and a WSIB clearance certificate before you sign.

Your Choice

You're never required to hire the contractor we refer. You can get other quotes, ask questions and take your time.

Prices shown on this site are typical market ranges for Sarnia-Lambton. They are not quotes or offers. Only your contractor's written quote sets your price.
